Oh! She even had her ears pinned back. It's actually kinda cute if you have dumbo ears, that's what i think, something different just like a front tooth gap, freckles. Sometimes it's the imperfection that makes you perfect. Now she looks just like any playboy mansion bunny. If you have to get surgery, try to just enhance what you have instead of changing everything about yourself. Look at those Korean stars, am sure they did alot to themselves as well but they still look so natural and pretty NOT SCARY! Heidi should have researched more and get hers done in Korea instead.
