Heidi Montag: Why I Got Plastic Surgery
This is her right before those horrible surgeries. She is so much more beautiful and this is without make-up. At least she looks like her age but after the dramatic change....sigh...i dunno why but i feel so sad for her. And why didn't anyone stop her? Her husband? The surgeon? This is like extreme makeover gone wrong.
